DPM jobs not running

I have a problem where my jobs arent running.

Looking on the SQL server under the event viewer i can see loads of these

"SQL Server Scheduled Job '4c7594b7-75b2-45c8-a368-6d62056456b0' (0xC511D76F5374D241A26C46B9BA187CBA) - Status: Failed - Invoked on: 2016-10-24 10:30:01 - Message: The job failed.  The Job was invoked by Schedule 5894 (Schedule 1).  The last step to run was step 1 (Default JobStep)."

However when i look down the list on sql agent for a job called 4c75 etc it does not exist.

Currently i am having to run recovery points manually every few hours which is a massive problem.

Is there an easy remedy for this? Creating a new protection / recovery group does not fix this issue.

In the job history for that job step can you see more information in the error log?
You can always query for jobs in msdb:
SELECT * FROM msdb.dbo.sysjobs;
