How can I get client IP address, MAC address, logged in user name via javascript or jquery?

I am need of library or code which will work accurately to get get client IP address, MAC address, logged in user name via javascript or jquery. I am ok with any commercial library or plugins. Please advise.

IP Address - you can make an AJAX call to a server script which can then return the IP address.

The MAC Address as far as I know is not available. There are custom solutions that use ActiveX controls but that will only work on IE and only if the ActiveX control is installed - at least that is where I left off the last time I looked at this - maybe someone has some newer info.
