How to remove duplicate email address in "from" drop down box in OWA

When I send an email in OWA my primary email address is listed twice in the dropdown menu. How do I remove the duplicate?

Press the From button to bring down the menu, highlight the entry you want to remove and press the Delete key on your keyboard (yes, the keyboard :)).
