EXCH Migration problems

Hi Experts,
I am in the phase to upgrade from EXCH2007 to EXCH2013 with coexistense.

Now I am on the new EAC and I want to create a testmailbox.
But this is not working.

The error has to do with an old Emailaddresspolicy.

The recipient policy "mypolicy" with mailbox manager settings cannot be managed by the current version of
Exchange Management Console. Please use a management console with the same version as the object.

How to get rid of it ?
Normally this is a very old policy and not used anymore.
But I cannot change it.

I have 3 globaladdresslists.
Just one has recipientfilters, the others not.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

Run the following command from the Exchange 2013 management shell and post the results...

Get-EmailAddressPolicy | ft Name,RecipientFilterType

I cannot do anything on the old system:

Enable-Mailbox : Das Objekt ist schreibgeschützt, weil es mit einer zukünftigen Version von Exchange erstellt wurde

What does it mean ?

I would appear that the previous Exchange (2000/2003) environment was not properly decommissioned or completely migrated.

Use this command to set the proper value for the parameter that is causing the issue...

Get-EmailAddressPolicy | Where {$_.RecipientFilterType –eq “Legacy”} | Set-EmailAddressPolicy -IncludedRecipients AllRecipients

After, run this command again and none should show as "Legacy"...

Get-EmailAddressPolicy | ft Name,RecipientFilterType

Finally, you should now be able to create your test mailbox, or whatever is was you were doing.

Question:
I had some issues with AD Site. One subnet was wrong.
Now I want to prepare the Schema again but I have errors.
Setup needs to contact the Active Directory schema master, but this compute
r isn't in the same Active Directory site as the schema master (1100-MyStreet).

Does the EXCH must be in the same SITE ?
