Proxy Server Security Certificate Error

I am testing a few users after an Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2013 migration and am getting the attached pop-up awhile after Outlook is open. I was able to get it to not pop up with the Security Alert at the start of Outlook, but now it comes after awhile after Outlook is open. I haven't updated my SSL Certificate to reflect my new Exchange 2013's hostname but not sure I have to.

Any recommendations?

You need these names in your certificate and A records which resolves as below.
1. mail.emaildomain.com   -->   Point to Exchange2013
2. autodiscover.emaildomain.com  -->   Point to Exchange2013
3. legacy.emaildomain.com   -->   Point to Exchange2007

Looks like I was able to figure it out with a call to Microsoft. It was apparently something with the 'Get-OutlookProvider command that pointed to an exchange server that was the very first one ever deployed here along with Outlook Anywhere needed to be pointed to a different URL since it didn't want the hostname there.
