Can someone point me to software that adds an option to the context menu that enables me to do all sorts of things with that selection without first searching and opening the relevant program. For example: 'Paste selection to Notepad++' or 'Print selection to Deskjet'.

I am on W10

The right-click contest menu for what to do with highlighted text is dependent on the program, not on Windows.

You can add a clipboard manager in order to do special functions with copied text. You'll typically have to activate the clipboard manager with a hotkey, which will bring up its own menu:

There's a number of clipboard managers available, some free, some not. Here's a list.:

I don't know of any that do what you ask though.

Thanks! The Kana-page says: 'Optionally, you can also press CTRL key while selecting a popup menu item to make the text to be copied to the clipboard and pasted to the Notepad in one action.', and that maybe precisely what I seek, otherwise the other list might help me. Wonderful
