Not sure I'm asking this correctly - Can anyone tell me how, from code (VB.NET or C#.NET) to copy a file from a computer that's not on a domain to a share on a domain?  Somehow I need to pass credentials?

You need to "simulate" net use by using the NetUseAdd method (pinvoke).
