Updating Server 2012 Core server

Hi Experts,

We have a Server 2012 Core and according to Microsoft Baseline Analyser I am missing a patch. The patch I am missing is MS16-120 October, 2016 Security Only Quality Update for Windows Server 2012 R2 (KB3192392)

I looked for this patch in the updates list but it does not appear.

I looked online and found the following https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/kb/3192392 article.
My question is can I download October, 2016 Security Only Quality Update for Windows Server 2012 R2 (3192392) from the following link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53992 which is a .msu file and then transfer the .msu file to the server and then run the .msu file from the command line to install it?

Sure, you can start msu files from the command line.
