Sent item from mobile cannot sync

User able to send and receive, is just when user sent from Mobile device, it won't keep a copy in 'Sent' folder in laptop (Lotus Notes client) .
User is using iphone. Have anyone come across this issue?

My recollection of Notes (a few years back now) is that the Sent Folder in Notes is just a view and in Notes, you cannot pick up Sent messages and file them with the appropriate earlier message.

Sent Mail in Outlook and in iPhone is real mail that you can file wherever you wish.

I think that may be your issue.
