Same font in Chrome.
Not sure if this will help, but I think that it's how the sender has their email formatted to send out, it appears the Outlook.com accepts it.
I found this, might be helpful for you to do it. Try it for the "from" though.

The font change appears in Outlook.com/Hotmail.com.
That's where I want to create the font change. Not in desktop outlook or Outlook Web Access?

Is the sender a Gmail user?
If yes, GMail can make use of canned fonts to compose any parts of their email, including the sender name.

As was mentioned, you can specify different fonts in your message, but the person receiving the message has to have the same font installed.
Which leads to my other answer. If the person sending didn't put in these fonts on purpose, there is a chance you have a corrupted font on your system. The solution would be to go through your fonts in windows and replace whichever one is the problem.

The font should be out there on purpose.
I have seen a number of cases on use of special fonts in sender field.

HI Jackie Man:
I'd love to ask the sender but I can't ask the sender because it's a spammer!
Seems like the spammers know all the tricks ordinary humans don't know.
