Does it only crash on a particular website? Has it crashed more than once? If it has, does it always happen when you do something in particular? Need more information if you can. Thanks!

Today was the first time it happened on the Windows 7 pc which has been in service for about 10 days.
I was doing something, trying to print from website, around the time it happened.
I was not expecting it so the timing is not accurate. I can go back to that site and print again and see if it occurs.

I printed from the same site and nothing happened. Maybe it was a one time event. I have only been using this Windows 7, IE 11.0 system for about a week on a daily basis.
Sounds like a one-off. Glad its all working for you now.

It was not a W10 system.
