I am trying to sysprep my win 7 virtual machine and upload image to WDS server which are on the same domain.
My questions are do we need MDT and AIK to be installed on virtual machine.

MDT gives us a lot of options for configuring a deployment prior to uploading the image to WDS. It goes on a deployment and configuration workstation not the VM to be imaged as does AIK.

To PXE Boot the Win7 VM set up a Legacy Network Adapter first then boot. Once the image has complete remove it and install the default Hyper-V Network Adapter.
