Windows mail 2012 - repeating message

Experts, I have a PC running Win7 Home premium, and am using Windows Mail 2012 for email client with a POP3 account.
Has been working great for years, no recent changes made.

In my inbox, there is one message received that repeats it self every time the mail client does a send/receive (2 mins). In short time there are 100's of this same message in the inbox. I checked the mail header and they all contain the same message id and timestamp. So, I doubt its the sender, and something between my client at the mail server. I continue to receive other mail messages normally. Just this one message is 'stuck'.  How can I correct this?

Sounds like there is an email stuck in the queue at the SMTP receiver (your mail server).

Unfortunately, the only way I know of to deal with this issue is to have an administrator at the server clear and reset your personal mail queue.

resolved...
I logged into the web interface for the same account and found the offending message in the Sp@m folder. I simply deleted it from there, and it stopped replicating on my PC.
