I am not sure why but when I checked the device manager of my new server I noticed some drivers not loaded such as Base System Driver PCI driver -Performance Counter- SM Bus Controller and System Interrupt Controller

Why would these be missing?  and I cannot seem to find the drivers for a DL 360 gen 9

This server has a number network ports  if you wanted to build a virtual server. I only have one network cable plugged in ---- not virtual

HP publish a thing called a "ProLiant support pack". This is a big download containing drives and firmware for ALL devices on all servers, with an installer shell, which determines the required components and kicks off the installs. A new PSP is released every couple of months or so. One would have shipped with the server from new.

It was free to download, but more recently, HP have been A55h0les and will not supply this without a maintenance contract of some sort in place. It is probably possible to download a "pirate" PSP, however we cannot assist you with that on Experts Exchange.

When you setup new HP servers, you should use it's intelligent provisioning tool to prepare it's RAID, and install the OS. That way all the necessary drivers should be installed automatically.
