What do you do when you have a syntax error in the console ( } ) and the line it refers to is a line of text that is generated by a plugin? In the file there are no synta errors?

Ideally, you would edit the plugin code to fix the error. You say there's no error, but the console say's there is, so depending on the error, it's up to your to decide who's right.

If you're right, and there really is no error, then just ignore what the console says. If it's just a rogue message and it doesn't break your site, then simply don't worry about it - you're highly unlikely to get any calls from irate visitors complaining about what the console says :)
