SBS2011 - Can't change internet domain name

I am kind of in an infinite loop. In the SBS Console. I am trying to change the Internet Domain Name. When I click on set up you internet address it immediately comes back and says in order to register a domain name you must first run the connect to the internet wizard.

When I run the Connect to the Internet Wizard it finds the router and server IP just fine but comes back with "Internet connection is incomplete" cannot configure routing and remote access. restart the RRAS service and try again or run the fix my network wizard"

I have restarted the RRAS service several time and the Fix My Network wizard has the usual could not configure the router and DNS is using forwarders warning and two errors about Certificate Authority is not installed and remote access network policy is missing. Neither of which it can fix.

All I want to do is change my Internet Domain Name :) Ideas?

All the above were already installed. Running it came back with several warnings but no real errors. The server and their email were origemail.com but they decided to switch email addresses about a year ago to newemail.com. There current cert expired so I tried changing the cert and the internet domain name. It changed fine and the cert installed but there were just enough annoyances I tried to change it back and it wouldn't change back. That is where I am at now...
It might be easier to tackle what the "annoyances" are and see if there is an easy fix for those.
Since we don't have details about how the other actions were taken
That seemed to do the trick. Thanks Chris. After knocking off 90% of the warnings things started working again.
