We're updating W10 and we're already waiting for more than an hour to it to continue. Screen is blue. Message: Your PC will restart several times. Message: Don't turn off your computer, this will take a while'.

But the progress ring doesnt move anymore.

Should we do anything?

Has it finished downloading?  There was an issue a while back (2 or 3 months) where downloading got hung up.

First wait for an hour or two to see if it completes. If not:

Clear out the contents of this folder:  C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download

Then shut off the machine fully, start up and try updating again.
