Windows iCloud
Hi
We are having trouble syncing contacts and calendars on a windows 7 with the latest icloud version
The users iPhone and iCloud (online) data are properly synced, but the Outlook 2016 situation is a little confusing
The user has an IMAP account and unfortunately iCloud has created a separate instance within Outlook for its contacts and calendar folders rather than sync the existing contact and calendar folders together
Therefore we have two sets of contacts and calendar folders, one set for the Outlook IMAP account, and another set for iCloud and the iPhone
Is there something I did wrong, or forgot to do to, so as to obtain such a result ?
thanks

Yes, the iPhone owner would have to change the setting. Cloud contacts conflict with Outlook Contacts which is why I changed
Thank you and I was happy to help you with this.

I suppose one needs the presence of the iPhone in order to change that setting ?
