Have information from one page show up on another

Hello there Experts Exchange community. I would like to find a way to input an information from a page and for it to display the main task and when it is done, show the one that are not done, clearing out the one that are dealt with.

Examples are given on the following pics... Thanks again for your help and time...

1) If for example "Study" was checked on the 28th but not today, should it show up in today's Daily To Do list?

2) There are two sections in (rows 11 to 23 and rows 24 to 37) on the Daily To Do sheet. Do I need to be concerned about the second one?

3) Can either section grow?

Yes.

Let's say that yesterday being 29 was checked it will be clear out on the box.

but when the actual date move to the next date and the column which meet the row that says "STUDY" and is not check, show it on the box.

I would like to have the first section mainly show up (11 to 23)

And when the first section is all done.

automatically show the second part (24 to 37)

3) There are 13 tasks in the first part, could there ever be a 14th in that part? There is currently room for nine items in the second part. Could there ever be a 10th?

ok first part being 13 will not grow and for the second part being 9 will not grow.

would like it to recognize the order that i check off, so that what ever i finish checking last on the daily to do.

On the next day, show it to be on the first line
what ever i finish on second to last, show it to be on the second line
and so on.

In addition to the above I have another question. How are you planning to add the checkmarks? One easy way to do it is to set the font to "Wingdings 2" and enter a "P" when you want a checkmark. With your permission I'll change the font in ranges F11:R23 and F29:R37.

If you like I can also make it so that instead of having to enter a "P" in the cell to see the checkmark, all you'd need to do is select the cell and the checkmark would appear,, and if the cell already has a checkmark it would become blank. Let me know.

I'm also not sure what that means. I think it means that rows 25 to 38 should be hidden unless there is something in every cell in C11:C24 (By "C" I mean merged columns C:E) but in that case I don't understand what being done has to do with it.

I'm also not sure what that means. I think it means that rows 25 to 38 should be hidden unless there is something in every cell in C11:C24 (By "C" I mean merged columns C:E) but in that case I don't understand what being done has to do with it.

---what i mean by this is show first group this being task row on (11-23)
  Only show the first group first on the (SHEET 1) show only the task in between 11 - 23 row

---Once all the task from the first group are checked off 11 - 23.
  Display the second group from row between 29 - 37 on the (SHEET 1) same place where group 1 is displayed, but second group will only be display when the first group is done ( check off)

For example are you talking about changing the order on Daily To Do List sheet or on Sheet1 (which we should probably give a name to)?

(SHEET 1) will recognize what was the last task done and for next day will display it on the first line, the second to last that was checked off it will display it on the second line and so on.

Daily to do list sheet will stay the same as it is.

Please consider this example using only three tasks (task1, task2 and task3) and they appear in that order.

1. They are created today and none are completed
2. If I complete task2 today what is the order today?
3. What is the order tomorrow?
4. If today I also complete task1 but after task2 what is the order
5. Given the above if tomorrow I complete task3, what is the order
