It's hard to know the problem without more information. For example, in Apache the settings for your http and https document root can be found in different files. It could be possible that when you switched to https the corresponding document root is set to another directory that has a blank index.php file in it, but this is just a guess.

I looked up your website on netcraft and it says you are with GoDaddy. I suggest you contact them. Something seems to have gone wrong. They'll have access to all the log files and will be better able to figure out what is wrong and fix it.

Somehow.  Someway it was pointing to the wrong IP.  Go Daddy straightened it out.  Thank you.
