I need to write rules in Infopath 2010 to set due date to today +3 business days. Can you help? Thanks.

Right click the date field in infoPath
Click the 'fx' next to the value box
Click 'insert function'
Click 'today()'
In the Formula window, add '+3'  --> today()+3

You can give that a try.
