there are many options for the drivers depending upon which operating system you have installed and depending upon whether you have a 32 or 64 bit operating system installed. We need to know more information to help you. If you download the wrong driver for your operating system, that could be a reason why it was not working. This is the link for the drivers for the network cards for windows 7 64 bit. http://www.dell.com/support/home/ca/en/cabsdt1/product-support/servicetag/58H3KM1/drivers?DCP=DNDTAG

Note you will see one network card driver and two wireless network card drivers. The network one will work for your hard wired connection and then chose one of the wireless ones, if that does not work install the other one. One of the two of the wireless drivers should work for your wireless network card. See picture below for your network card driver options.

If you have a different operating system let us know, or if you need to find out which version you have, do the following. Click on the start button right click on "Computer" in the right column and select properties. The popup will tell you what version of windows you have on your computer.
