C3650 Web interface login not working

I cannot seem to login to the web interface of this Switch. not sure what i am Missing
3650ummel.txt
i assume all the web auth is correctly input and enabled. the login does show on 192.168.1.39 but once i login it reverts right back to the login screen
(all passwords x'ed out)

Your config looks ok. Have you tried using a different browser?
