When responsive menu displays (hamburger icon), and you click on, or hover over the WORD "products" that word disappears.

I was thinking that it should open up the drop down associated with that button but the ONLY stinking way to get the dang drop down to open is to click on the arrow.  Perhaps it has something to do with the fact that the Products and Wholesale buttons link to themselves.  Can you tell I have had it with this site ?!?@?@?@?@?@?

My first guess is that this is a CSS rule that activates on hover, and it changes the font color to the same color as the background, which is making the word "disappear".
