If it was actually recorded over (as in the system ran out of disk space and wrote over it) then it's pretty well gone.<br />

If it was deleted because of some policy to delete old videos by date (even if there is space on the hard drive) then you have a chance of recovery.<br />

I would expect that this uses some form of Linux. &nbsp;If it were Windows-based, I'd be pulling out the drive, connecting it as a second drive on a Windows computer, and using recovery tools on it. &nbsp;One of the first things to do would be to see if the drive was nearly full. &nbsp;I would think the same approach would be the case here, but with a Linux computer.<br />
