Cisco Unified CM Administration.How to show outbound caller IDs on certain user extenstion numbers?

Hi All,

Thank you for your help what I'd like to know is how I would add a number such as the main switch board number to certain users extension number every time they call out? Such as this one 0800 021 4477.
can anyone help?

Could you rephrase what you are asking?

You want the destination of an extension displayed on the switchboard?

I think you want to reflect on some extentions that have direct line to have that number displayed
You would need to create a translation rule that updates the caller-Id I.e. Check of calling station is extension xyz, the number that will be included as calling will be the 0800 021 4477
Though this number must be part of your allocation from your provider, or the outgoing call will be blocked by the provider.
