I have an ASP.NET application that times out every 5 minutes inspite of the following settings.
1. <forms defaultUrl="Default.aspx" loginUrl="Default.aspx" timeout="1440" />
2. <sessionState mode="InProc" timeout="1440" />
3. <httpRuntime maxRequestLength="81920" executionTimeout="3600" />
4.  App Pool recyles every 1740 minutes.
5. Idle Timeout is set to 60 minutes.

Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated,

What do you mean when you say it times out?  What happens?  What are the symptoms?

It takes the user back to the default page and asks him to login.

Any chance you have something like...
     <META HTTP-EQUIV="refresh" CONTENT="300"> your page?

I figured out the issue. The maximum number of worker processes was set to 2. It set it back to 1 and the timeout issue got resolved.
