I need to look up inventory items that we no longer have. These items were shipped, we need information about those items.

Thank You

do you mean you have deleted the item its self??? what information are you after???

I would always say don't deleted an item, just put it on stop if you don't want to use it anymore

Sorry...we shipped the items.....the customer returned the items. We need to look those items up in inventory to find data, dimensions and weights to make sure we put the inventory back in correctly.

Our queries only shows us existing inventory, not shipped.

We do not know much about AX.

ok... so do you know the sales order this was from??? if not you can go to the salesline table and look up from the item, or go from the item its self.

from the sales orders you can have a look at the delivery note that it was sent out on
