When I select Spelling &amp;&nbsp;Grammar in word , in the right side a Spelling Panel will open up and on the bottom it Shows English(US), but if I scroll down to different pages in word, it will change to Spanish(Mexico)

select the entire document, select <b>Review</b> tab ―&gt; <b>Language</b> group ―&gt; <b>Language</b> ―&gt; <b>Set Proofing Language...</b> ―&gt; choose the desired language for the document and click <b>OK</b><br />

cannot disable Word proofing language<br />
In word if I go to file/options/Language, there is only English US there<br />
however when i go to Language/Set proofing language, I see other languages checked and I cannot unchek them.<br />
