When I select Spelling & Grammar in word , in the right side a Spelling Panel will open up and on the bottom it Shows English(US), but if I scroll down to different pages in word, it will change to Spanish(Mexico)

select the entire document, select Review tab ―> Language group ―> Language ―> Set Proofing Language... ―> choose the desired language for the document and click OK
