Hello all,
I have never seen this issue before so I would love some help on it.
We have an EMR that uses Windows Photo Viewer to view and print insurance cards, etc.
One of the PCs can access Windows Photo Viewer to see what she wants to print but when she selects the printer it shows what you want to print but before you ever get to click on the Print button, Windows Photo Viewer just vanishes.
I can print everything else to the printer with no problem.
I have uninstalled the printer, rebooted, installed the printer, rebooted and it does the same thing.
I then uninstalled Windows Live Essentials, rebooted, installed Windows Live Essentials, rebooted and it does the same thing.
Ran an sfc /scannow and it came back with no errors.
I have no idea how to fix Windows Photo Viewer.
And yes this is the only computer out of 25 that is having this issue.
Thanks,
Kelly W.
