Determine if Outlook is Running in Safe Mode

I've followed this:

http://www.quickcomputertips.com/2014/04/how-to-create-outlook-safe-mode-shortcut.html

..to create a shortcut to start outlook in safe mode.

It starts up and everything looks normal.

Is there any way to know that you are running in safe mode. Is it mentioned somewhere visible?

It is simple.

On the title bar of Outlook 2016, it will mention "Microsoft Outlook (Safe Mode)". i.e. words of Safe Mode will be added to the original title name of "Microsoft Outlook".

Outlook Safe Mode just runs without Add Ins. You can look in Add Ins to see what I mean. If the Add Ins are not needed at the particular time, Outlook will seem normal

Dear user,
As suggested by the experts you can check it by just looking the Add-Ins. But there are some other ways by which you can know you are running in safe mode.
Hold the CTRL button on your keyboard while clicking the Outlook shortcut on your Desktop, Taskbar, Start Menu or Start Screen, Outlook will detect this and asks if you want to start Outlook in Safe Mode if you are running in the normal mode.

Thanks & Regards
