Hi

I saw somewhere that Bakup Exec 2010R3 SP4 is not working to backup Exchange 2013 mailboxes in GRT mode. Is it possible to backup with BE2010R3?

According to this article...https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.TECH208828

It supports Exchange 2010 and no higher.

I'd say it's time for an upgrade to your backup software.
