connection problems

When we try to go to some sites, sometimes, we will get the following errors:  But if we keep pressing fresh, sometimes, the pages will be displayed...


the sites could be

We have two DC. I use repadmin /syncall to make sure both DC are in sync.

But when I login to Server Manager, I only see one DC.  According to this, I should see two.  Any ideas?  thanks

If im understanding you, on the left side should say local or domain. something like that
