Microsoft SQL Server 2016 -- RECOMMENDED "backup" SOLUTION, INJECTION attack notification ?

I already have RAID, etc like https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc296756(v=bts.10).aspx talks about and am thinking about FAILOVER CLUSTERING like https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/822400 talks about and LOG_SHIPPING like http://sqlmag.com/database-backup-and-recovery/poor-mans-disaster-recovery-use-log-shipping-sql-server-your-own-risk talks about

 1. What Microsoft SQL Server 2016 onPremise "backup" SOLUTION do you RECOMMENDED if you have UNLIMITED budget to prevent downtime ?

 2. What SOLUTION do you RECOMMENDED to notify you when potential INJECTION attacks happen ?

1. Backup is part of your disaster recovery plan which is separate from your redundancy solutions which fall into your high availability plan. Two different things.

2. I'm sure there are others, but the only IDS I am aware of with NIDS specific to SQLi is the AlienVault product.
