asked on

Only show outlook calendar.

We are using office 365 (Exchange) for email.

We are also using windows 10 with the latest version of outlook.

Is there a way to only show a calendar in outlook and not provide email access?

We want emails to be delivered to the email address, just limit the user to be able to view the emails on outlook.

Any help would be appreciated.

No. Outlook will not start and run if it does not have an email profile. That is, when it starts, it will make an email account if there is not already an email account.

We are fine to have an email profile in Account settings.

Just restrict use of the email options.

Calendar is all we wish to show.

Of course (and with every version I know) can we create a profile with no mail access.

Many users prefer using another email client for email but want to use Outlook for calendar and tasks. To avoid problems, such as Outlook downloading mail and deleting it from your mail server, it's generally better to create a "no mail" profile.
