ReliefJet Essentials Professional Edition provides command line you can use to run the Backup Outlook and Exchange Foldes utility. This allows you to run this command on Application.Quit VBA macro (i.e. when exiting Outlook).

DISCLAIMER: I recommend this tool because I'm one of the developers, so feel free to ask any further questions.

If you are looking for an add-in to backup pst files then refer to the following link

https://www.howto-outlook.com/faq/backupaddin.htm

Your online mailbox should be backed up by your exchange administrators.

Dear user,
I found an informative blog with the help of google seach i.e. "Backup emails of Outlook" discussing simple steps to perform the backup. I would also like to suggest you a Microsoft article that can be helpful in such case.
