We have a client with 200 computers that need to be joined to a new AD domain.
Is there an application that we can deploy to join the computer to the domain and transfer or better yet convert the local profile to the new domain profile?

ForensIT User Profile Wizard (https://www.forensit.com/downloads.html) is a very reliable tool to do that. The free edition needs to be used manually, the commercial ones allow for scripting, pushing, and other kind of automation.
