we need to create one uat environment for exchange 2010.

•      2 MBX servers
•      1 hub
•      1 Cas
•      1 AD
•      All servers should be physical servers (no virtual)
This setup will be used to test service packs/roll ups and patches before deployment into actual production setup.

please help me with below.

•      what can be recommended hardware requirement for the same.
•      recommended San drive storage to create Dag environment.

when you are planning for dag, then plan for 2 domain for redundancy...

the storage requirements as well depends up on mailbox qty. mailbox size, mail flow, etc factors so please check the following calculators recommended by microsoft.
