Does it make sense migrate a website to MIcrosoft Azure
Hi everybody.
First let me say I don't know (almost) anything about MIcrosoft Azure :)
My client asked me if it could be useful migrate his web application (HTML5, Javascript and Php) from current Linux server to MIcrosoft Azure. I don't know what I can answer indeed. I would like to know your opinion about this.
Thank you.

Azure is a cloud platform. There are good reasons to migrate to it - you don't have the bandwidth or hardware necessary to support the web site at your own facility - and there are reasons not to migrate - additional cost, management overhead. Whether or not it's a good decision depends on your client's priorities.
