reset email that plugins send alerts to

Is there ONE place that I can set the email to that plugins send updates to?  I have the Settings/General set to the correct email but the wrong person keeps getting notifications.

Generally speaking plugins will send alerts to the email defined in Settings | General but every plugin is different and quality varies.
