I have a company with an old ACT program they use for scheduling .

I want to move/migrate them to a CRM solution that will be able to copy all the data from the Act , and will have the same and more features ACT has.

It's certainly possible to extract all the Act! data to CSV or Excel (depending on the version of Act!) via:
Act! 2009 and later - http://www.glcomputing.com.au/main/64/1
Act! 5/6 - http://www.glcomputing.com.au/main/69/2

But, have you looked at the current versions of Act!? Might be easier that changing to something new.
