High CPU usage in some computer in our network

in the past 1 week, i have been facing high CPU usage issue in some computers. When they connected to our network, their CPU usage get %100. Then i disconnect from the network and connect to other internet like 4G/LTE Hotspots, It gets normal like %0-1. I didn't get whats going on in my network. We have a Guest WiFi in our network. This WiFi works in different VLan. When I connect to that WiFi it gets normal too.

Please help me about this.

There is about 25 Windows 10 and others like 100 is windows 7. I faced this problem first in Win10 but now I have same problem some computers works in win 7 too

If you are still sure that the ONLY time you get high CPU is with a connection to the Server and normal CPU when not connected (independent 4GL or Guest Wi-Fi) then consider:

1. Still a problem with your Server OR
2. You have some legacy software on the machines (legacy Anti Virus) that is conflicting with the Server.
