High CPU usage in some computer in our network

in the past 1 week, i have been facing high CPU usage issue in some computers. When they connected to our network, their CPU usage get %100. Then i disconnect from the network and connect to other internet like 4G/LTE Hotspots, It gets normal like %0-1. I didn't get whats going on in my network. We have a Guest WiFi in our network. This WiFi works in different VLan. When I connect to that WiFi it gets normal too.

Please help me about this.

That would suggest to me that the computers are normal and that your Anti Virus is running a full scan and/or the Server is updating Windows.

Have you checked your Server for malware and viruses?

Looks clear problem of Malware which is sending too much request to your computer once you connect to your network. You can scan your system with  "Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit"  and "Combofix" which free tools to scan for Malware.

Problem could not be in specific computer but whole bunch Network computers because when you are getting too much request it possibly from many computers.

what are the OS versions of the computers? how many of them are W10? if most of them are W10, below issue might be the case.

W10 now supports P2P update mechanism which allows you and your neighbours share the downloaded updates with each other, this could increase your broadband usage as well as network load.  however you have the option to disable it if you don't prefer this way.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

If you are still sure that the ONLY time you get high CPU is with a connection to the Server and normal CPU when not connected (independent 4GL or Guest Wi-Fi) then consider:

1. Still a problem with your Server  OR
2. You have some legacy software on the machines (legacy Anti Virus) that is conflicting with the Server.
