Hi All,

I have a HP DL 160 G6 that wont boot, the message displayed is "press any key to look for boot media"

I have gone into the RAID controller config screen and the RAID is status OK.
There is a RAID 1, i have unplugged each of the disks to see if it will boot but nothing.

Any ideas?

Did you check whether there is a CD/DVD inserted, or USB stick etc connected to the box? It may be trying to boot from that. Also check the boot priority you have set within the BIOS.

Boot from the OS installation media and use it's repair options.

I'd additionally run a chkdsk /f /r on all partitions, as this is often caused by corrupt file-systems.
