I need to create a desktop shortcut to a RRAS connection.  The problem is that when I create a shortcut that shortcut links to "Network and Internet" in the settings and not directly to the RRAS connection.  The user still has to drill down to Dial-Up and select the desired connection.

Is there a way to create a shortcut directly to the RRAS connection?

I think I once figured that out. You should google
Dial rras command line
It will lead you there. If you don't find it, I'll look into it later.
