IBM Notes How to read an encrypted mail saved as .eml file

I Ask someone to send an encrypted mail to me,
Or send on to yourself. Drag it to the desktop so it is saved as an .eml file.
Now try to open the .eml file with Notes client
even the notes client says portions are encrypted:
[Portions of this MIME document are encrypted with a Notes certificate and cannot be read.]

Dear User

If the manual technique to convert NSF files into EML is creating a problem, then it's better to take help from a third party tool. As it will help to  your save some time.  You can refer the article provided in the anchor text "convert NSF files into EML" to solve this.

Edwin Hoffer,

No the issue is some user have issue and some have not we are save email attach for the reference. so my question is still even i am sending email my self and save as .eml and open again in notes the message comes [Portions of this MIME document are encrypted with a Notes certificate and cannot be read.]
Dear User,
You can upgrade the Lotus Notes client  to Lotus Notes Basic v9.0.1 on the CMN Mail Connector console.

In order for CMN to accept this version, "IgnoreNotesClientVersion" has to be added in the Mail Connector Configuration.xml as shown below:
<activemailenabled>IgnoreNotesClientVersion</activemailenabled>
Note: If there's already a value inside<activemailenabled> add a comma then a space:
<activemailenabled>Default, IgnoreNotesClientVersion</activemailenabled>
Else you can refer to the link below, mentioning the same error.
https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/28752040/Portions-of-this-MIME-document-are-encrypted-with-a-Notes-certificate-and-cannot-be-read.html
to see if it works.

Thanks & Regards

Dear user
I have found a useful article on Google "https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSYRPW_9.0.1/appleviewencyptedmail.html". You can refer the following link if it decrypts the encrypted emails.

Thanks & Regards

Sorry, but even the "useful" article isn't really helpful. Decryption isn't the problem.

IMHO the only correct comments are mine, see #a41887831
