Excel Error per WinZip Add-In

Excel 2016/Win10:

I saw the following error in Excel. I believe it occurred after I started it up for the day. Around the same time, it threw an error that a file it always brings up during startup was in use.

As I recall, I clicked Yes to disable.

Does anyone know what would cause this issue and what the error means?
Thanks!

Possibly a conflict with Excel due to an Microsoft Excel update. I would check with winzip support for help. Maybe they have an update to address the issue. Of course, disabling the add-in won't let you use any winzip features in Excel.

I don't use WINZIP features in Excel. At least not yet. :) But I'll send out a cry for help to WinZIp Support. Thanks.
Also consider running the winzip install again. it may have an option to deselect the Excel or Microsoft Office Add-In so that it isn't installed.
NVIT, I'll keep the re-install option in mind. Fortunately, this problem has not occurred again.

Do you know offhand the best method of contating WinZip Support? Thanks.

NVIT,

I just contacted them via the first link you suggested:

I will keep you updated. Thank you!
Update: Looks like I typed in the wrong email address when I submitted my ticket. So, I tried again, but this time I clicked on the link at the bottom that emails tech support. Fingers crossed...

Thanks.
