Do you have antivirus software installed on your servers? &nbsp;Do you have a policy that nobody should be surfing for anything from the servers. &nbsp;I've always disabled and uninstalled all default browsers from servers and have the admins only browse from their own systems. &nbsp;Software that needs to be installed has to be first approved and tested on a test system. &nbsp;Any admin that doesn't follow protocol and gets a server infected, gets removed from access, until they're fully re-educated. &nbsp;If it's just a file server, nothing should run on it automatically if you just follow a standard protocol and a good up-to-date antivirus scanner should catch all files and quarantine or delete them if they're malicious.

Anti-Executable program

A server is a computer program or a machine that waits for requests from other machines or software (clients) and responds to them. This architecture is called the client–server model. Some products also include protection from other computer threats, such as infected and malicious URLs, spam, scam and phishing attacks, online identity theft (privacy), online banking attacks, social engineering techniques, Advanced Persistent Threat (APT), botnets and DDoS attacks.
