This looks like a bug and it seems the problem is with the stateful session bean LoginModuleBMBean. It is (probably) injecting a oracle.adf.share.DefaultCo<wbr />ntext and this is where the problem occurs.<br />

Can you try to create the oracle.adf.share.DefaultCo<wbr />ntext by hand, instead of injecting it? If this does not work I would look at Oracle's knowledge base for similar issues/bugs. If it is indeed a bug maybe the have a patch for it, otherwise you will have better luck asking Oracle support about it.
