If I have conversion rate from USD to GBP how can I get the rate to reverse it so that I can covert from GBP to USD?

Assuming there is no loss in the conversion rate, you should be able to divide by the conversion rate. If the conversion rate is 1.3 USD to GBP, you multiple GBP by 1.3 to get USD. The reverse should be to divided USD by 1.3 to get GBP.
