Software / tools to maintain policy / procedure docs with signoff capability

There's a need every year to review close to 200 docs (IT policies, procedures, etc etc) &

Any of these tools could 'imprint' a soft copy signature into the docs once signed by a party?
Ideally date signed is embedded into the docs as well.

Google docs, Ricohdoc, DocuSign,  ... ?

We are looking at the possibility of maintaining both Word (for ease of editing/updating) & a
text-searchable PDF (for audit formality) docs
