Software / tools to maintain policy / procedure docs with signoff capability
There's a need every year to review close to 200 docs (IT policies, procedures, etc etc) &
the process requires that they must be reviewed yearly with signoffs.
Is there a better way to do this, so that it has versioning & we can sign off without having
to print out hardcopies each time (range from 6 to 80 pages) to sign off then scan back
to be filed. Ideally this electronic way of signing off is acceptable by audits.
